All I wanted for Christmas…..are tickets to see Oprah!!!!!
When I first heard Oprah was coming to Edmonton, I was elated!
Those of you who know me, know that I adore her. When I moved from Italy to Vancouver, Canada in 1981, I’ve watched her show religiously. I remember running home after school to ensure I wouldn’t miss a thing. The show aired at 4pm Monday to Friday. My friends didn’t understand why I was always excited to get home, get my homework done, then watch Oprah.
Over the years, I’ve maintained that ritual until the day the show was no more. With Oprah, I laughed, cried, learnt, grew, discovered, inquired, realized so many of life’s amazing opportunities. So you can see why, I’m so thrilled to have the chance to see her in person and even more exciting is that Oprah is coming to Edmonton!!!
